Now let me tell you a little bit more about me…


I was born and raised in San Jose Ca. and lived most of my life in the Bay Area. In 2002 we purchased our 2nd home in Groveland Ca. Northeast Yosemite National Park, We decided to sell our home in the Bay area  in 2004 and became permanent residents of beautiful Pine Mountain Lake a gated community.

For most of us, home not only is a very special place, but it represents the largest financial liability we will incur during our lifetime. As I excel as a lending professional, my commitment to your finances is unparalleled.

The principle in which I measure my service success is one I like to call the “Wow Factor”. My sole objective as a lending professional is to “Wow” my clients with unexpected service and professionalism.

This level of commitment has allowed me to receive awards such as Top Originator of the Year, Outstanding Sales Excellence, Excellent Customer Service, and receiving the highest reward is to be in the Presidents Club for high Achievers. Whether for a million dollar loan or a government loan for someone’s first home, or a Senior citizen looking for a Reverse Mortgage, more Realtors, Financial Planners, Business Managers, and borrowers bring their real estate home financing needs to me. The real estate home loan process has traditionally been a “fly by the seat of your pants” process with very few checks and balances to prevent important issues from slipping through the cracks. With my focus on team work, I have developed nearly two dozen proprietary systems, forms, and programs that make my loan process infinitely more efficient than that of a traditional broker.

I began my career as a Real estate Professional in 1983. Over the past 26 years, I have dealt with every aspect of the Real estate and Mortgage industry and have consistently been a top producer in my field.

Away from the office, I enjoy seeking God’s word, visiting Art Museums, and listening to good old gospel, jazz, classical and oh yeah, can’t forget, good oldie but goodies. I also seek every opportunity to spend time with my grandchildren enjoying activities like hiking, traveling, yoga and love exploring the outdoors.
